Why we can't look it up

Ask whoever set it up.

If you can't find it in a bookmark or your inbox, ask whoever looks after the system where you work. They set it up and will know it.

We can't look it up from an email address, because each business on this platform is a separate system and we do not hold a list of who works where. That same separation is what keeps your organisation's records away from everyone else's.
